In the early years of Graczyk Lawn & Landscape, lawn maintenance was the heart of the business. Since 1998, we’ve grown into a full-service landscaping company while staying true to the hardworking values and personal service that built our name.
Today, we proudly provide lawn and landscape maintenance, landscape design and installation, commercial snow removal, retaining walls, patios, sidewalks, driveways, and concrete curbing — offering dependable, high-quality service for every season and every stage of your outdoor space.
Owners Josh & Kristen Graczyk, and their experienced team, are passionate about creating landscapes that are both beautiful and built to last. With a knowledgeable staff, long-term employees, and industry-trained professionals, we take pride in delivering reliable service and lasting relationships throughout Kearney and the neighboring communities of Central Nebraska.

Owners Josh &
Kristen Graczyk
Graczyk Lawn & Landscape was built on a simple belief: when people can trust someone else to care for their property, they gain more time to enjoy what matters most.
Josh’s passion for the green industry began with a lawn mower in 1998 and grew into a full-service landscape company known for quality craftsmanship, dependable service, and a team that takes pride in every project. A graduate of Southeast Community College’s Turfgrass Program, Josh leads daily operations, mentors crews, and is constantly looking for ways to improve the customer experience.
Kristen, an accounting graduate of Bellevue University, oversees the business operations that keep everything running smoothly. From customer service and scheduling to systems and strategy, she is dedicated to creating an organized, seamless experience for every client.
Together, Josh and Kristen have built more than a landscaping company—they’ve built a family business centered on integrity, hard work, and relationships. As parents to four children, they understand the value of weekends, backyard memories, and outdoor spaces that bring people together.
Today, Graczyk Lawn & Landscape proudly serves homeowners and businesses throughout central Nebraska with a full range of lawn care, landscaping, hardscaping, irrigation, and outdoor living services. Their mission is simple: deliver exceptional results, earn lasting trust, and help every customer create an outdoor space they’re proud to call home.
When they’re not working, you’ll find the Graczyks traveling, cheering on their kids at activities, or spending time together making memories—the same kind of moments they hope every beautiful outdoor space helps create.
Joey Dallmann
Lawn Maintenance Director
Since joining Graczyk Lawn & Landscape in 2007, Joey has been a cornerstone of our team and a familiar face to many of our longtime customers. His dedication, leadership, and strong work ethic have helped shape the dependable service our company is known for today.
As Grounds Maintenance Manager, Joey oversees the day-to-day execution of our lawn maintenance services, ensuring every property meets the high standards our customers expect. From leading mowing crews and managing fertilizer applications to measuring properties and creating accurate lawn care estimates, he plays a vital role in delivering a seamless customer experience.
When winter arrives, Joey transitions into an equally important role, coordinating snow removal operations and helping prepare equipment, crews, and schedules for another busy spring season. His ability to adapt, lead, and solve problems makes him an invaluable part of the Graczyk team.
Outside of work, Joey is a devoted husband and proud father of two daughters. Whether he’s hunting, spending time outdoors, or lending a hand on his family’s farm, he brings the same hardworking, down-to-earth attitude to his personal life that he brings every day on the job.
With nearly two decades of experience and an unwavering commitment to quality, Joey embodies the values that define Graczyk Lawn & Landscape: pride, reliability, and a genuine passion for taking care of people and their properties.
Josh Veskerna
Install Manager
Since joining Graczyk Lawn & Landscape in 2010, Josh has become the driving force behind our hardscape division, turning outdoor spaces into places where families gather, entertain, and create lasting memories.
As Hardscape Installation Manager, Josh leads every project with exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing the job right. Certified and extensively trained in industry-leading installation techniques, he oversees the installation of custom paver patios, outdoor kitchens, fire features, retaining walls, and other outdoor living spaces that are built to last for years to come.
Josh’s leadership extends beyond the busy construction season. During the winter months, he serves as Co-Snow Operations Manager, coordinating crews and equipment to ensure commercial and residential properties remain safe and accessible throughout Nebraska’s toughest weather.
Known for his natural leadership, problem-solving ability, and willingness to tackle any challenge, his pride in his work is evident in every project he completes.
Outside of Graczyk Lawn & Landscape, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and their two daughters. Whether he’s hunting, camping, or cheering them on at their activities, he values the same outdoor lifestyle and family connections that inspire many of the spaces he helps create.
Brady Metz
Sales/Design
Since joining Graczyk Lawn & Landscape in 2013, Brady has grown alongside the company, bringing creativity, expertise, and a passion for exceptional outdoor spaces to every project he touches.
Beginning his career as a member of our Curbit crew, Brady developed a deep understanding of landscape construction and design before transitioning into his current role as Landscape & Hardscape Design and Sales Manager. Today, he works closely with homeowners to transform ideas into personalized outdoor living spaces that are both beautiful and functional.
From the initial consultation to the final design, Brady is dedicated to listening, educating, and creating solutions that fit each family’s lifestyle and vision. Whether it’s a complete landscape renovation, custom paver patio, retaining wall, or outdoor entertainment area, he takes pride in designing spaces that customers will enjoy for years to come.
Brady’s approachable personality, attention to detail, and extensive field experience make him a trusted advisor throughout the entire design and installation process.
Outside of work, Brady enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children. You’ll often find him on the golf course, traveling, enjoying the outdoors, or cheering on the Huskers.
Janet Hadwiger
Administrative Assistant
Since joining Graczyk Lawn & Landscape in 2016, Janet has been one of the friendly, dependable voices and faces that keeps our office running smoothly. As our Administrative Assistant, she plays an essential role in creating a seamless experience for both customers and team members, ensuring that every detail is handled with care and professionalism.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Bellevue University, Janet combines organization, efficiency, and a genuine passion for helping others in everything she does. Whether she’s assisting customers, coordinating office operations, or supporting our crews behind the scenes, her positive attitude and attention to detail make her an invaluable part of the Graczyk team.
Janet believes that great customer service is built on kindness, communication, and treating every customer like family. Her warm personality and willingness to go the extra mile help create the welcoming experience that has become a hallmark of our company.
Outside of the office, Janet and her husband, Randy, have shared more than 45 years of marriage, farming, and are proud parents of three grown daughters. These days, her favorite title is “Grandma” to her five grandsons, and she treasures every opportunity to spend time with family and friends.
Curtis Laird
Irrigation & Curbit Manager
Since joining Graczyk Lawn & Landscape in 2016, Curtis has become one of the company’s most versatile and knowledgeable leaders. What started as a part-time position mowing lawns has evolved into a career built on hard work, continuous learning, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
As our Irrigation & Curbit Manager, Curtis oversees two specialized divisions that help homeowners protect and enhance their outdoor spaces. Whether he’s designing efficient irrigation solutions or leading decorative concrete curbing installations, he is committed to quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and creating a customer experience that exceeds expectations.
One of Curtis’s greatest strengths is his well-rounded understanding of the business. Throughout his time at Graczyk Lawn & Landscape, he has worked in nearly every department—including mowing, landscaping, hardscaping, irrigation, and Curbit—giving him a unique perspective that allows him to solve problems and lead with confidence.
Known for his positive and competitive attitude and willingness to tackle any challenge, Curtis is always looking for ways to improve processes, support his team, and ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.
Outside of work, Curtis enjoys spending time with his wife, their infant son, and their two dogs. When he’s not with family, you’ll likely find him on the golf course, at the lake fishing, or in the field hunting and enjoying the outdoors.
Tiffany Van Ranken
Project Coordinator
Tiffany joined Graczyk Lawn & Landscape in 2025 as a Project Coordinator and quickly became an essential part of the team, bringing organization, energy, and a customer-first mindset to every project she touches.
Working behind the scenes, Tiffany serves as the connection between departments, helping ensure projects move smoothly from start to finish. She coordinates scheduling for our Irrigation and Curbit divisions while supporting a wide variety of company initiatives, making sure customers receive timely communication and an exceptional experience every step of the way.
Known for her upbeat and helpful attitude, attention to detail, and ability to keep multiple moving pieces organized, Tiffany thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Her collaborative approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed make her an invaluable resource for both our team and our customers.
Outside of the office, Tiffany and her husband stay busy raising six amazing children, creating a home filled with activity, teamwork, and plenty of memorable moments. Whether she’s cheering from the sidelines at sporting events, spending summer days at the lake, traveling to new destinations, or enjoying time with family and friends, she embraces every opportunity to make lasting memories.
Lauren May
Account Manager
Since joining Graczyk Lawn & Landscape in 2022, Lauren has become a trusted resource for customers and an essential part of keeping our lawn care operations running smoothly. As an Account Manager, she specializes in lawn care questions, estimates, and customer service, ensuring every client receives knowledgeable guidance and prompt communication.
Working closely with Joey and Keller, Lauren helps keep crews moving forward efficiently while coordinating the countless details that make exceptional service possible. Whether she’s helping a homeowner understand a fertilizer program, preparing an estimate, or finding solutions to customer questions, she approaches every interaction with enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a commitment to making things easy.
Lauren’s personality shines both in and out of the office. She’s a fan of classic rock, professional wrestling, hockey, and discovering new places through travel. And while she handles customers and crews with confidence, there’s one person who keeps her in line—her niece, Eloise, who proudly holds the title of Lauren’s toughest boss.
Keller Koch
Grounds Maintenance Manager
Since joining Graczyk Lawn & Landscape in 2019, Keller has embraced every opportunity to learn, grow, and lead. His career path reflects his versatility and dedication—starting on our landscape and hardscape installation crews, transitioning into a fertilizer technician role, and now serving as Co-Grounds Maintenance Manager.
Today, Keller plays a key role in estimating projects, scheduling services, and overseeing our mowing and landscape maintenance teams. Working alongside Joey, he helps ensure our crews stay organized, efficient, and focused on delivering the dependable, high-quality service our customers expect. His firsthand field experience gives him a unique understanding of both the work and the people who make it happen.
Known for his positive attitude and willingness to tackle any challenge, Keller is committed to creating a seamless experience for customers while supporting his team every step of the way. Whether he’s building schedules, preparing estimates, or solving problems behind the scenes, he takes pride in helping keep Graczyk Lawn & Landscape moving forward.
When the workday is over, you’ll usually find Keller doing what he loves most—fishing, hunting, or listening to music. While his playlist covers plenty of genres, he’s never been shy about his appreciation for the Queen of Country Pop, Shania Twain. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and their infant son, making the most of every opportunity to create memories outdoors.
